ML systems deployment and operations

ML models
in production.

I build processes for testing, deploying and monitoring ML models. I also audit existing infrastructure and document the agreed changes.

Work can start
with one defined task.

The scope can cover an audit of existing infrastructure, implementation of agreed changes or training for a team.

01

MLOps infrastructure

This work prepares experimental code for production or changes an ML platform already in use.

Deliverables
  • A current-state assessment and architecture plan
  • Changes implemented according to the plan
  • Documentation and handover to your team
Describe an infrastructure project
02

MLOps consulting

A consultation can cover deployment failures, monitoring gaps, rising costs or an architecture review.

Deliverables
  • Root-cause analysis
  • A list of changes ranked by priority
  • Implementation of the agreed changes
Describe a specific issue
03

MLOps training

Training is for teams that operate ML systems but need practice with deployment and maintenance.

Deliverables
  • A programme based on the team’s systems and responsibilities
  • Hands-on deployment and monitoring tasks
Describe training needs
02 / PROJECT PROCESS

Scope is agreed
before work starts.

Before work begins, we agree the deliverables, scope, schedule and price. An audit can be commissioned separately; its findings are used to plan further work.

  1. Describe the task

In your first message, state the goal and what is not working. I will ask about the technical environment and constraints.

  2. Agree the work

The proposal lists the work and its deliverables. Price and schedule depend on the scope and current environment.

  3. Implement and document

I complete the agreed work or deliver training. The documentation records the changes and how to maintain them.

I add a component only when it solves an agreed problem. Each change must be traceable, with its maintenance documented.

03 / ABOUT THE COMPANY

Your engineer is
Rokas Aleksiūnas.

Ignis Centralis provides MLOps infrastructure audits, implementation, consulting and training.

Rokas reviews each enquiry, agrees the scope, carries out the work and hands the documentation to the team.

04 / BEFORE WE BEGIN

Scope and audits

Can you help with a single, specific problem?

Yes. The scope can be an architecture review, deployment-process analysis, monitoring setup or cost review. A full platform replacement is not required.

Do you work with existing systems?

Yes. I first assess the current infrastructure, team processes and constraints. We then decide what to keep, what to change and in what order.

Does an audit commit me to implementation?

An audit can be commissioned separately. I provide a current-state assessment and action plan. Implementation is scoped separately.

05 / CONTACT

Describe your
ML infrastructure task.

State which system you use, what is not working and the result you need. You do not need to prepare a technical brief.

  1. Rokas Aleksiūnas reads the enquiry.
  2. The reply is sent to the email address provided.
  3. Rokas will ask for missing details or propose a specific next step.
